| Retainer Option | deposit a lump sum up front and we bill against it as we work on your case. If you balance in the account falls below the “replenish” amount, we will ask you to make another lump sum payment. If there are unused funds in your account at the end of your case, they will be refunded to you. | |||

| Payment Plan Option | start with a small deposit then continuously deposit money into your account and we bill against that account as we work on your case. Any money that we do not use will be refunded to you when you end the representation. If the balance in your account ever exceeds the standard retainer amount for that package, we will pause your recurring payments until the balance falls below the “replenish” amount. | |||
